I listen to the gentle murmuring voice
Of our city, awake despite the hour
And I linger, unwilling to return
To the television world inside — droolingmonkey

Thinking back..

Ive been reflecting back on my life lately.
And wondering why I exist..not in a bad way but in a real way..a factual way.
I must have been born for a reason and although it may have been because my parents wanted me it was much more than that.
It was so that I could give birth to a new generation.
My son is everything I could have ever wished/hoped and dreamed for.Hes a funny, kind, gentle, intelligent and loving man and a wonderful father.
And HE has made another generation.raising his own beautiful son.
We go on in this life so that we can continue on with the cycle. Each giving out and taking back..loving and being loved.
And really..that IS the point of my existance..Love. xoxox

First of all... you look awesome! Life glows from your whole body.. you are loved and you give love. Second of all, you have got it all right! We are all here to help each other, love each other and think of each other.
What a gorgeous picture of your son and grandson too. Apt for Father's Day this Sunday over here across the chanel.
How is it all going being a volunteer at the hospital too?
Take care Butterlfy :)

That's beautiful. But what do you think about people who don't have kids and therefore do not carry on the cycle.

Are their lives any less worthy? I wonder about this a lot, as I am single, have no dependants, in fact feel a bit like an outsider to the human race.

love and being loved.... I wish I could be a part of that, even if just for a taste of it.

Cazzie..thanks :) yes its all going really well thanks!

OKGirl...yes Ez has grown so much..hes almost 12 now and the time has gone fast..

Polar...This post was just about how MY life has become..of course I dont think ppl without kids have any less of a life and you are NOT an outsider!
Ive been very reflective recently and had a hard few mths, hence the lack of posts..
Its taken me a long time to realise just why I exist..and the "love and be loved" can be achieved by friends,family,co-workers...or anyone that we reach out to.
I have gotten a lot of personal satisfaction from volunteering and get a lot of love given back that way..
We all have our own personal searches to make huh?
I love you xoxo :)

Thanks for the read! Its nice to see the world, both ups and downs, through the eyes of another. The adventure of being in another world from another perspective is always rewarding for me.
