I listen to the gentle murmuring voice
Of our city, awake despite the hour
And I linger, unwilling to return
To the television world inside — droolingmonkey

Winters arrived

It was freezing last night and just as they predicted,it went down to minus 3C...
When I woke up the ground was white, the trees were covered in soft frost.I love winter:)
The dog was happy in her dog bed..all cosy. I put a blanket on her for fun and she stayed in the same position all night! Heh.

Cute puppy! We are just getting into summer here. I do not mind winters, only if it is really windy I do not like it. I thought of you this morning because I was watching 'Regis and Kelly' talk show and they asked a trivia question and the answer was New Zealand (AND i knew the answer, that rarely happens).

awwww.... I love the photo!

Yup, it's been pretty cold the last couple of mornings. Yesterday we had frost on the ground too. I thought it was beautiful.

Maybe he got up during the night, then went back to bed and put the blanket back over himself. :)

awwww... so cute:) There are so many dogs here in Whistler, its such a dog friendly town-people take them everywhere and most restaurants have special docks to tie them up and water bowls. I had lunch outside yesterday and was accompanied by two labs, one on each side :)
